Coronavirus Pandemic and Related Shipment Delays: Please note that with the lockdown measures easing out, we have been able to ship all our orders the very next working day. However if there are any delays from our pick up and shipping partners, we apologise for any inconvenience it may cause.
We offer safe shipping worldwide at a minimal fee of $25.00 USD to anywhere in the world.
All products are shipped from India. We aim to ship all in-stock items within 1-2 business days once the payment has been received. The orders placed on Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. If an item in your order is not available, or if there are any other problems with your order, we will contact you immediately via email.
Delivery period: Domestic orders will take 3-5 business days for delivery from the date of dispatch. International orders will take 7-14 business days for delivery from the date of dispatch.
International Shipping: Orders that are shipped outside India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with FedEx to custom clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from FedEx for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay FedEx directly at the time of delivery.

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS INFORMATION
Return & Exchange policy:
We have a simple, no-fuss, full refund, return & exchange policy. We will gladly refund or exchange new, unused merchandise purchased from blackforestbags.com with the tag intact within 30 days of delivery date. To exchange you will need to return your current order and place a new order at blackforestbags.com. Proof of purchase is required for all Returns & exchanges. Please note that the custom duties and the return shipping cost will not be covered by us.
Note: Returns must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached. Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days after receipt. In case of an exchange, your account will be credited first and then you may place a new order. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 3 business days for the credit to post to your account.

We accept all MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Citibank Maestro Debit Cards. Blackforestbags.com includes an SSL certificate that uses industry standard 256-bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.
All orders will be processed in USD . Your credit card will be charged at the time of placing your order through our secured payment gateway. (An online real-time authorization is done through the Payment Gateway). There is a drop-down selector that lets you view prices in different currencies. Exchange rates used by us are refreshed twice a day based on the rates at XE.com.
WARRANTY SERVICE AND REPAIR
Warranty policy: Blackforest bags are astutely crafted using top-quality materials and hardware. All our products come with a limited one-year warranty that covers original workmanship and material defects.
If the product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

General: All our products are handcrafted by highly trained artisans who have been in this trade for generations. Our leather is sourced from a lot of vendors worldwide and is certified by the best tanneries in their respective regions.
Product Care: Blackforest leather bags are intended to age well with wear. Natural marks and scratches allow the leather to develop a rich patina, enhancing its appeal over time. We recommend using a mild leather cream periodically to maintain the finish. To remove any surface dirt, simply wipe the leather with a soft damp cloth.
